Multi-tenant SaaS (PLM)
Software-as-a-Service model where one platform instance serves multiple independent companies with data isolation. Each tenant shares infrastructure but maintains complete data privacy.
Why it matters
Multi-tenant SaaS reduces operational overhead and enables faster deployments. Arena pioneered this model for PLM; adoption by major vendors (Aras Cloud, PTC) became standard.
